Are you planning a renovation
or demolition job? If you are then you need
samples analyzed for lead or asbestos contents.
The law requires that components must be
tested for hazardous materials before any
renovation or demolition can take place.
We can provide testing
service with a 24 hour turn around plus
delivery time. Before you collect the samples
yourself we suggest to always call a consultant
for any inspections or testing. In case
you would like to collect the samples yourself,
we recommend to use caution and protective
equipment. Samples should be placed in zip
lock bags and marked. Indicate on a separate
sheet the sample location, type of materials,
(roofing, floor tile, drywall etc.) and
the address the samples were taken from.
Send the samples to the address below. Indicate
the return address and your fax number if
you would like to have the results faxed
to you. Enclose a check for $69.00 per lead
or asbestos sample. Mold testing requires
a consultant to come out for the collection
of air samples or material samples, contact
our officice for Mold Testing. Indicated
if you would like to test layered materials,
each layer can be tested separately, for
example floor tile is one layer, the mastic
or glue is one more layer. Order Radon Kits,
